Hi, I'm Sandra Alvim!
I’ve been an astrologer since 1998 and a holistic health counselor, with training from the IIN (Institute for Integrative Nutrition), the most prestigious holistic nutrition institute in the United States.
Yes… I have two passions: Astrology and holistic health, because I believe that not only the physical body but also the mental, spiritual, and emotional aspects must be in harmony and healthy.
I’ve written three books, ‘The Power of Your Soul’s Purpose,’ ‘Yes, I’m 58 Years Old,’ and ’How I Beat Cancer Naturally.‘

What is Astrology
Astrology is a system of beliefs and practices based on the idea that the movements and positions of planets and other celestial bodies in the sky influence a person’s life and personality, depending on the date, location, and exact time of their birth.
What is Holistic Health?
The word “holistic” originates from the Greek term “holos,” which means “whole” or “entire.” The approach to holistic health is based on the idea that the whole is greater than the sum of its individual parts. When we apply this concept to the field of health, we consider the human being as an integrated whole.
My aim is to help my clients achieve complete harmony between their physical, emotional and spiritual health.
In my work, my primary objective is to guide my clients in their search for complete harmony, encompassing the fundamental aspects of their existence: physical, emotional and spiritual health. I firmly believe that fulfillment goes beyond physical well-being; it manifests when body, mind and spirit are aligned. To achieve this balance, I use a holistic, personalized and individual-centered approach.
