We go beyond the physical body and time. When we reach this place of transcendence of the material world, we enter the process of transformation and evolution.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Meditation can be experienced at all moments of our lives. To succeed in your meditations, you need to embrace silence in your daily life. Don&#8217;t use your phone during meals, don&#8217;t listen to music when walking or running, and don&#8217;t need constant noise in your daily life. <\/p>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The world is already noisy, depending on where you live, it can be noisier or quieter. The exercises called &#8220;8 silk weaving&#8221; are a practice adopted by Chinese masters to seek harmony for the physical, emotional, and spiritual body.
