Shopping is so much fun, especially when a new season arrives and you have that fever to buy the new trends, and time goes by really fast and you even forget to eat! Then suddenly you feel that binging urge to grab whatever you can easily reach and that is when you cheat on your diet.
Before you go shopping Google the restaurants around the area in which you plan to go shopping at, and see which one meets your preferences.
I opt for restaurants that serve organic food, and/or healthy foods at an affordable price.
When in #Bloomingdales, on 59th Street I like to go to #David Burke and have a delicious quinoa salad with arugula.
