Do you know what is the best way to start your week in order to have more focus, motivation and energy?

This is what I’m doing Monday morning when in Los Angeles:

Fifteen minute meditation to clarify in my mind what I want to accomplish throughout the week.

Having a bowl of oatmeal cooked with almond milk, chia seeds, hemp seeds, blueberries and strawberries.

Going to #corepoweryoga and sweating the toxins out of my body, using weights to strengthen my muscles and then some stretches…


Then eating fruits and veggies and drinking one glass of water every hour throughout the day.

WOW! I feel amazing and full of energy! I LOVE MY LIFE!
